Network marketing start up.

The art of selecting a network marketing start up goes like this:

1. You must read the contract (called Policies and Procedures) to make sure their are no "gotchas" inserted in so the company can steal your paycheck if they ever need any money. Look for words like "ongoing", which means you can never retire from the network marketing start up if you want to keep getting paid. Also look for the words termination, terminate, and other variances. Most companies have between 40-70 pages in their contracts. That is to many. Run.

2. You must read the pay plan and understand it. You must know exactly how many people you need for the earnings you desire. In most pay plans I have looked at (53 to date) you need 2500-4500 people on auto-ship every month to earn $10,000 a month. In this network marketing start up people are earning $10,000 a month for only 400 distributors. And the auto-ship is the same cost! Why? To much overhead in the old giants.
